Gather some everyday objects and arrange them in a fun, challenging path. You can design different stations for jumping, crawling, balancing, and even hopping on one foot.

Here are some ideas to get you started:

All Tangled Up
Use colourful string to set up obstacles that you can climb over or crawl under. For an extra challenge, attach small numbered or alphabet tags to the strings so you can collect in order, or gather the letters needed to spell a word.

Recycled Tunnel
Repurpose large cardboard boxes from deliveries to build a series of tunnels for you to crawl through.

Jumping Chasms
Arrange cushions in increasing widths to create ‘gaps’ for jumping across, making it exciting and dynamic!
