- Begin each day by having students share something they are grateful for. This can be done as a morning meeting or through a gratitude journal entry.
- Encourage students to write thank you notes to their classmates, teachers, or family members, which can be collected in an anonymous box placed in the classroom. This practice not only shows gratitude but also promotes kindness and appreciation within the classroom.

Can you think of something you are grateful for today?
- At the end of the day, maybe when you are getting ready for bed. Have a think of good things that happened or a kind thing someone did. Share this with your friends and family to express your gratitude
- Make sure to always thank those who help you!
